ASSOCIATE PROJECT COORDINATOR(S)
(Design)
Individual will manage capital projects for specific SUNY campuses from execution of a consultant agreement to execution of a construction contract. Manage consultants to ensure the programmatic need of the campus is met and the project is executed in a timely manner and on budget.
An Associate’s (with a NYS professional license) or a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or related construction field plus 10 years experience in the building design and construction industry. A professional license may be substituted for up to 5 years experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Working knowledge of applicable codes, laws, rules and standards regulating design and construction. Effective written and verbal skills and ability to work with minimum supervision required.
