ASSISTANT PROJECT COORDINATOR
(Construction)
Individual will perform duties and functions to assist in the overall coordination and timely completion of construction projects as assigned. Assist and expedite the change order/field order process; perform data management and project control functions, including recordkeeping, project file management and archiving of construction documents. Position based in Albany, occasional travel within New York State.
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology, Architecture, Engineering or related field plus 5 years experience in the building design or construction industry. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Fundamental understanding of construction practices and office procedures and ability to understand contract documents.
