State University Construction Fund
CHANGE ORDER COORDINATOR
Individual will be responsible for the process of change orders, field orders and trustee resolutions for construction projects administered for SUNY campuses throughout NYS.
Also responsible for reviewing requests for additional funding and claim documentation; updating change data base information and implementing Fund policies and procedures.
An Associate’s (with a NYS professional license) or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 10 years experience in construction project management, construction estimating or related area of public administration. Professional license may be substituted for 5 years experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision required.
