Residence Hall Capital Facilities Program Manager
The State University of New York (SUNY), located in Albany, New York, is seeking applications for a Residence Hall Capital Facilities Program Manager.
Reporting to the Director for Capital Facilities, the incumbent will coordinate and monitor the SUNY residence hall capital program. Specific responsibilities will include coordinating development of SUNY’s Residence Hall capital plan for submission to SUNY Trustees, the Executive and Legislature; developing recommendations on the allocation of Residence Hall capital appropriations to SUNY campuses/projects; coordinating the timing and amount of Residence Hall bond sales based on the estimated disbursements of the design, construction and equipment components of the projects; monitoring debt service payments to ensure proper allocation of campuses share of debt service charges; reviewing campus requests to manage capital projects, and making recommendations for approval; monitoring the utilization of bond cash and appropriations; and analyzing ongoing capital requests to determine if they can be accommodated within existing cash and appropriations levels.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in architecture, planning, engineering, finance or related field; and significant and major experience in the development and oversight of capital programs.
