ESTIMATOR
Individual is responsible for budgeting and estimating to support the development and progression of capital projects through the planning and design phases; perform quantity takeoffs, itemize and price project components; and budget and estimate the site improvements, architectural and/or MEP portions of capital projects. Must be able to perform conceptual estimating.
Requirements include an Associate’s degree in a construction related field, 5 years estimating experience, and commercial and/or institutional building experience. Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate with architectural and engineering professionals are required. Bachelor’s degree, professional license or certification is preferred.
