SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR
(Design)
Individual will manage Capital Design projects for specific SUNY campuses. Perform full range of professional A/E activities requiring a high degree of technical judgment and resourcefulness in planning, design and construction. Position manages A/E consultants to ensure the programmatic needs of the campus are met and the project is executed on time and on budget. Albany based position, travel within New York State required.
An Associate’s (with a NYS professional license), Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or related construction field plus 15 years experience in the building design and construction industry. A professional license may be substituted for up to 5 years experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Working knowledge of principles, practices, procedures and costs of architectural and engineering project. Effective written and verbal communications. Supervisory experience preferred.
