SUCF Office of Construction Management

The Office of Construction Management is responsible for execution of the construction phase after contract award through the end of the guarantee period. Project coordinators oversee and coordinate construction phase services provided by design consultants who are typically responsible for daily construction site supervision. Construction bidding opportunities are advertised in the New York State Contract Reporter and SUCF's construction bid calendar which is distributed to traditional contracting advertising sources and major contractor organizations.
