SUCF Mission Statement on Sustainability
The State University Construction Fund requires all new buildings and major rehabilitation projects to be designed and constructed to meet the guidelines of the USGBC LEED rating system for a Silver certification level.
SUCF Sustainability History
The State University Construction Fund has administered the design and construction of building projects meeting the design criteria of the USGBC LEED Rating System as required by Executive Order 111 since its issuance in 2001. The State University Construction Fund has approximately 33 new construction and major rehabilitation projects meeting the LEED design criteria that were in design, under construction or have been completed between 2001 through 2008.
See "Recent Activity" section for projects started 2009 and later.
* The listed projects were designed per the USGBC LEED guidelines but not all projects were registered and reviewed by USGBC to obtain certification.
