Commissioning Services - Construct New
Business School
SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide full commissioning services for all building HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, building envelope and all Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) systems that affect energy consumption during design and construction of approximately 94,000 gross SF New Business School with a USGBC LEED targeted Gold Rating. The building will connect ot the existing campus HTHW and Chilled Water system. Coordinate services with the design consultants and the construction manager (agent). The process shall comply with the criteria of the Green Building Tax Credit (6 NYCRR part 638) section 638.8 "Commissioning" and the SUCF Program Directive 15H-9 Commissioning and Indoor Air Quality Testing. Submissions should emphasize the design team's significant relevant experience with public and institutional clients in commissioning academic buildings of a comparable scope.
