New Academic Building

SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide complete design services for a new academic building. The building will include, but not be limited to, classrooms, tiered classrooms, technology enhanced classrooms, seminar and lecture rooms and student gathering spaces. In addition to the basic design services, the consultant will also provide pre-design services for programming and site selection The approximate construction cost is 15,000,000 to $22,000,000. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund. Contact made to other staff regarding this procurement may disqualify the firm and affect future procurements with government entities in the State of New York.
