Center - Construction Manager
SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide Construction Management services for the Rochester Educational Opportunity Center. The expertise and resources of a Construction Manager are required to coordinate the construction phase administration of this major project. The renovation of One City Center in Downtown Rochester for the new Rochester Educational Opportunity Center includes the renovation and upgrade of approximately 100,000 gross square feet existing office building to an educational facility. Improvements will include minor site modifications. This project is anticipated to have construction duration of approximately 21 months with a project completion in February 2012. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund.
