CM - Technology Building

SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide full Construction Management services for the new Technology Building to be built at the State University College at Buffalo. Construction Management services are to be required during the design, construction and commissioning phases of this project. The Campus has requested that the Fund consider the use of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) on this project. The CM will study the project characteristics and local economic and labor market conditions to determine if the use of a PLA is appropriate on this project. The CM will provide a report detailing the results of this study with recommendations regarding the use of a PLA. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund.
