Commissioning Agent - New Technology Bld

SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide commissioning services per SUCF Program Directive 15H-9 for the New Technology Building at the State University College at Buffalo, in Buffalo, NY. The project is seeking a LEED silver certification. The building size of this project is expected to be approximately 78,500 GSF, with coooling and heating loads of 160 tons, and 2,300 MBH, respectively. Cooling will be accomplished via a centrally located chilled water plant and mechanical systems within the building. Heating will be provided through medium pressure steam (2,600 #/hr @ 45psi) from the college's existing heating plant. Submissions should emphasize the commissioning agent's past experience in enhanced commissioning of institutional buildings with a strong focus on sustainability. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund.
