Williams Center Rehabilitation

SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the rehabilitation of the Williams Center at SUNY Fredonia. The Williams Center is the main student activities building on the Fredonia campus. The building was originally constructed in 1970 and contains approximately 90,000 gsf of space. Many interior finishes, building exterior components and building systems of the Williams Center are in poor condition, are beyond their life expectancies and do not satisfy code and programmatic requirements. The project will upgrade or replace building interior, exterior and system components, while providing for an improved programmatic function. Submissions should emphasize the design team's significant past experience in rpoviding analysis and design of college and university student activity centers, in constructing such design proejcts for public institutions and in managing such projects for public and institutional clients in an expeditious manner. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund.
