Rehabilitate Upgrade Elevators

SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide complete design services for rehabilitation and upgrade of several elevators at various buildings. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund. If your firm would like to be considered for this project, you must email Dotty Barger (dotty.barger@suny.edu) to request the required SOQ format. Effective 1/1/06, in accordance with State Finance Law Section 139-j, all non-technical inquiries regarding this procurement must be made to Dotty Barger (518) 689-2577 or Arthur Foo (518) 689-2577; or for MWBE issues, Lois McLaughlin (518) 689-2581. Contact made to other staff regarding this procurement may disqualify the firm and affect future procurements with government entities in the State of New York.
