Facilities Master Plan - Geneseo

SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide services for a 10-year Facilities Master Plan at SUNY Geneseo. The Facilities Master Plan will provide criteria and guidelines for campus facilities development that supports academic mission and strategic plan. The Facilities Master Plan shall include: campus profile of mission, academic programs, enrollments, staffing, etc; confirmation of the reported conditions of facilities, systems and campus grounds; analysis and planning of space needs including current and future utilizations; planning future capital improvements to support approved mission and growth. Interested candidates should demonstrate extensive experience in analyzing programmatic needs of institiutions of higher education and planning controlled capital programs to support these needs. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund.
