Window Replacement Various Buildings

SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for window replacements of various buildings at the State University College at Plattsburgh. The buildings include high and low rise academic buildings. The new windows will include operating, fixed, curtain wall systems and speciality glazing products. Interested consultant teams should submit similar projects and provide information on the design problems they expect to encounter on this project. The consultant team will be required to incorporate and provide financially feasible, technologically based solutions that will help the college to conserve energy, explore reducing consumption of resources, optimize waste management and recycling. Submissions should emphasize the design team's significatn past experience in precise communication, creativity, similar design projects and in constructing such design projects for public institutions and in managing such projects for public and institutional clients in an expenditious manner. Construction documents should be ready for bidding by July 2010. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund.
