SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide a Program Study for the T. Barrington Student Union. Barrington Student Union at the State University College at Potsdam was constructed in 1970 and is the primary gathering location for student life activities. The renovation of the Student Union is a high priority campus initiative routed in the need to upgrade and modernize the facility. This study will develop a multi-phase approach for the renovation and upgrades to the T. Barrington Student Union and Thatcher Halls. The study will look at space use and needs, condiition assessment of the existing building, integration of the building within the context of the physical community and proposed solutions for its renovation. The program study will clearly define the project goars, needs, schedule and budget for the proposed building renovation including the development of a phasing strategy and implementation program for the project. The initial project will address the highest priority critical maintenance needs of the facility. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund.
