Building Commissioning - Gateway Bldg

SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide commissioning services for the new Gateway Building at the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry campus in Syracuse, New York. The new Gateway Building will house spaces for conferences, events, exhibition, college admissions, food service and related building functions. A primary college goal is to provide for space in a single facility that will give visitors and everyday users a snapshot of what SUNY ESF represents. This building will provide program space to allow for a more logical and efficient location of various existing uses campus wide and will also accommodate much needed functions that currently do not exist on campus. The building's current proposed program is approximately 34,000 gsf.. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund.
