SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design services for a new Student Union at Alfred State. The building will be approximately 50,000 SF (gross) and house a mix of large and small assembly and activity spaces, retail space, and a multi-purpose room. This building will connect to or have a strong physical relationship to the Agricultural Science Building and the Central Dining Hall. Prior to the start of design, the consultant will perform a program study to define the size and quality of the required spaces. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund.
