SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the replacement of roofs on six buildings at the State University College of Technology at Farmingdale. Expediting the design and construction schedule is essential - consideration will be given to the construction bidding of the roofs in two or more groups. Submissions should emphasize the design team's experience in solving water infiltration problems and the knowlege of roofing systems, masonry and asbestos abatement. Submissions should also state the design team's ability to expeditiously administer multiple projects simultaneously. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund.
