SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design services to provide improvements to campus wide underground utility systems, including sanitary, storm, gas, domestic water and fire. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund. If your firm would like to be considered for this project, you must email Dotty Barger (dotty.barger@suny.edu) to request the required SOQ format. Effective 1/1/06, in accordance with State Finance Law Section 139-j, all non-technical inquiries regarding this procurement must be made to Dotty Barger (518) 689-2577 or Joanne Fazioli (518) 689-2577; or for MWBE issues, Lois McLaughlin (518) 689-2581. Contact made to other staff regarding this procurement may disqualify the firm and affect future procurements with government entities in the State of New York.
