SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the roof replacement of various buildings at the University of Buffalo North and South campuses. This proposed project will provide for replacement of roofs. Initial technical analysis and review of the condition of the subject building roofs will be a primary component of the project. The goal of the proejct is to provide for improved building exteriors to help insure that the subject buildings remain useful tools in the college's educational mission. Submissions should emphasize the design team's significant past experience in providing analysis and design of roofs and associated components, in constructing such design projects for public institutions and in managing such projects for public and institutional clients in an expeditious manner. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund.
