Commissioning Services - South Region

SUCF is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide commissioning services for the South Region of the state. Campuses included in the south region are: New Paltz, Purchase, Maritime, Optometry, Brooklyn HSC, Old Westbury, Farmingdale, Stony Brook and the Levin Institute. The cumulative fees for all project authorizations under the term of this agreement will be limited to $2,000,000. There is no guarantee as to the actual fees that will be paid pursuant to work authorizations issued under the term of the agreement, and they may be less than the $2,000,000 limit. The commissioning process may include an analysis of design, installation and operation of all building components; functional testing and verification of performance according to specifications, design intent and owner's operational needs; documentation and training for staff on proper operating and maintenance and ongoing monitoring of the systems. All projects under this agreement are typical of those incurred with university facilities. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund.
